Richard Brewer~I emailed an enquiry as to the availability of a Nikkor 300 f/2.8 AF- S VR lens, and received a reply within 12 minutes. I placed my order at 3:25 that afternoon, and the lens arrived at 9:07 the following morning. This is fast, excellent service, in my opinion. I shall (and already have) use AJ Purdy in the future.

Over the last few days I have had a problem with one of my orders and was unable to find a satisfactory compromise.
I was passed to Cara, she was one of the most pleasant, kind, professional and helpful people I have ever had to deal with. She listened to my complaints, explained everything fully and we came to an agreement that I was more than satisfied with.
Not often do I fell compelled to write such praise, but I think in this instance I believe it is highly deserved.

Keith Morrison~Ordered a new Nikon D80 with 18-200mm lens and had a 1gb SD card thrown in on Friday 10.30 and it arrived on Monday at 12.45pm with no delivery charge.How many companies can you name that you get to talk to real people instead of answering machines that want you to press this key and that.
Now that's what I call service
ps: If forgot to mention that the price was better than 15 other companies that I checked out.

Roy Matthews~May I take this opportunity to congratulate A J Purdy on an excellent web site very easy to navigate but more importantly their excellent sales service. Ordered by phone around 10.00 a Canon EF-S 17-85mm Lens + UV Filter and a spare battery for my Canon 400D and was told that the goods would arrive the next day before 13.00, true to their word the goods arrived a little after 07.00 the next day.
I would also like to say that the price across the whole of their range is very competitive only one other of Canon's authorised e-tailers comes in at more or less the same prices but let themselves down on their delivery quoting between 7-10 weeks for the same item as mentioned above.So once again thank you to your salesman that took my order (sorry but have forgotten his name) very polite and efficient on the phone, will definitely be using A J Purdy in the future.
