Why Buy from us?~ALL of our stock is official UK stock supplied to us by the UK distributer. Your assurance that the product is brand new, intended for the UK market, will come complete with UK warranty and English instructions. There are a lot of dealers offering non-UK market products (Grey) which may come without UK warranty, English instructions, UK power lead and be of different specification to the UK model. Typically these dealers offer an 'extended warranty' which is not backed by the manufacturer and is of doubtful value!~~~2273~6806~~
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?~All items in stock and ordered before 4pm on any working day will be dispatched that day. This stands for both telephone orders and web orders - for any web order placed before 4pm you can expect delivery on the next working day unless there are complications with your order in which case you will be contacted immediately.

If your order is placed late Friday, Saturday or Sunday dispatch will be on a Monday.~~~2273~2367~~

How Will My Goods Be Delivered?~All parcels are delivered Royal Mail 1st class Recorded or Special delivery. For high value items we use a Courier, this is between 9am-5pm next day service and the package does need to be signed for.~~~2273~2368~~
What Happens If I Am Not Home to Take Delivery?~If you are not available to take delivery you will have a card left for you to advise that delivery was attempted. You will then be able to contact the delivery service and either arrange to collect the goods from your local post office or arrange a convenient day for delivery. Please be aware you will NOT be able to authorise for the goods to be re-delivered at a separate address.~~~2273~2369~~
Where Can I Have My Order Delivered?~For the protection of our customers we take credit card security very seriously. We can ONLY deliver to where the card being used for payment is registered - or to the card holder at their place of work. Under no circumstances can we deliver to relatives, friends or partners. If delivery to work is required we will need faxed confirmation of this on company letterhead to 01279 450 931~~~2273~2376~~
How Will I Know If My Web Order Has Been received?~You will receive a confirmation email - this means that we have received your web order and its ready to be downloaded and processed for delivery. If there are any complications you will be contacted via email and so if you place a web order no news is good news!~~~2273~2382~~

What Warranty Will I Get?~All of our items come with at least a 1 year UK guarantee (2 years on all Nikon digital compacts and SLRs), if you wish to purchase an extended warranty we can quote on request.~~~2273~2384~~
Which Payment Methods Do you Accept?~We accept all cards except American Express. We also take payment via cheque, postal order or bank transfer.
If paying by cheque or bank transfer no goods will be dispatched until full payment has cleared.~~~2273~2385~~
What Happens If My Goods Become Faulty?~If you believe your item is faulty within 7 days of taking delivery, please call our sales number and we will put you through to the returns department when you will be given a return reference and instructions on how to return the item. Please return it back to- 14 Harlow Mill Business Centre, Riverway, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2FD with a copy of your purchase invoice and a covering letter explaining the fault, please address the item to the Returns Department.
Please note that you MUST obtain a returns refernce before returning any item.
If your item becomes faulty outside of the 7 days, your item will be sent for repair under the manufactures warranty, for a quicker turnaround please send the item directly back to the supplier, for further details please email sales@ajpurdy.co.uk.
We can take the item after the 7 days however returns are only collected on a Friday and so this may prolong the process - if you choose to send the item back to ourselves we will not be held liable to cover the cost of postage.
